Soumya is a Mechanical Engineer with a Masters degree in Commercial Vehicle Technology, Germany

Her experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) triggered her interest in sustainability.

She adopted sustainable and zero waste lifestyle after realizing the eye-opening reality of the garbage being generated by an average human being.

In present times, due to fast fashion, majority of textiles are incinerated or dumped into landfills. Dwij is an initiative to extend the lifecycle by conserving the resources.

"I believe that Minimalist lifestyle is the core to sustainability, and needs to become the new norm of the society."- Soumya.
