Shipping Policy

We usually ship all our orders within 2-3 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. In a normal course, you should be receiving the product within 3-5 working days post-dispatch. In a rare event that the order cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances and situations beyond our control, you will be informed of the same within 2 working days of placing the order

Delivery time may also be subject to factors beyond our control included unexpected delays by our courier partners, unforeseen weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, etc.

In case of non-delivery within 7 working days of placing the order, please feel free to write to support@dwijproducts.com, and we shall ensure a prompt response.

dwij will not take responsibility of delivery in case of incorrect or incomplete address. In case of shipping failure due to such reasons, dwij has the right to charge an additional shipping fee for reprocessing the delivery.

Customers may order multiple products in a single order, however each order can contain details of a single shipment only. Customers need to place multiple orders for shipments to multiple locations.

The shipping will be carried out through a courier agency contracted by dwij.

As soon as the order is processed and dispatched, you shall receive the shipping details on your email/mobile number

Our shipping locations are only restricted to India

We offer free shipping pan India on prepaid and Cash On Delivery orders

Prepaid orders generally get delivered faster by the courier partners as against COD.

Cash On Delivery products will get verified via phone call before dispatching the order.

You will receive an email confirming your order details once the order gets placed and a tracking link will be shared via email
Return Policy

Enormous efforts have been put to ensure that every old denim trouser in a satisfactory condition gets a new life. Please note that a faded appearance of any part of the bag is due to natural faded look of jeans, and not due to a manufacturing defect.

All the dimensions are mentioned under "technical specifications" along with model images. Kindly please go through the description for understanding the exact size of bag. We do not accept returns for size issues or error in judgements.

Further, since the bags are upcycled using jeans, each bag may have differences in color and texture. Thus, the delivered product will not exactly match with the photographs published on the website.

In case of any manufacturing defect other than the reasons mentioned above, dwij will provide a full refund for product cost including return shipping charges. Such returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the goods, and dwij will arrange for the pick up. The refund shall be processed within 20 days of receiving the defective product.

Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation request can be entertained only within 6 hours of placing the order. We will deduct the shipping charges in case of cancellations post dispatch.
Intellectual Property

“dwij” is a registered trademark and our intellectual property. Only authorized distributors or resellers with whom dwij has signed a contractual agreement are permitted to sell dwij products on their online or offline platforms. No other third party is permitted to resell dwij products, use “dwij” as their brand name or use our website logo in any of their marketing or promotional activities.

Quotations and orders

You may request us for a quote for potential supply of goods by specifying the quantity, type of bag, and any other specification.

We accept any specific customization in aspects such as size and design. We also accept customization including co-branding, as per your requirements.

Our quotation shall contain the details of final price along with other details such as payment terms, GST, delivery cost and delivery time, validity of the quotation, photos of the final product, specific branding cost etc.

Acceptance of any order by us shall be only upon receipt of a written purchase order. The Purchase Order shall specify the quantity of purchase and an accurate description of goods including any special specifications, if any as agreed during the time of finalization of quotation.

We may be unable to agree for any changes in order specifications after our initial acceptance of the purchase order. However, we may agree for such changes only upon written confirmation of the request, and upfront reimbursement of expenses incurred by us already on the original order.
Shipping Policy

The time for processing the order shall be mentioned in the quotation provided by us.

The cost of delivery shall be charged to you, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in our quotation.

Ideally, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of the order after dispatch. In a rare event that the order cannot be delivered within this timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances and situations beyond our control, you will be informed of the same at the earliest.

Dwij works on the principle of upcycling. The material used in manufacturing of dwij bags comprises post consumer jeans trousers and post industrial denim.

Refund

In case of any manufacturing defect other than the reasons mentioned above, dwij will provide a full refund including return shipping charges (alternatively, return transportation shall be arranged by us). Such returns must be made within 3 days of delivery of goods. The refund shall be processed within 20 days of receiving the defective products.

We will be unable to accept any return of goods for any reasons, other than specifically specified above.
Warranty

Dwij strives to make long lasting products. However, no warranty in any manner shall be provided for the goods.
